started skratching at age 14. im 25 now. i love to cut it up! and im improving always! I started collecting records. and just keeping to myself. with underground hip hop instrumentals and downtempo live bands! i would play at house parties for free to keep my love for d.j.ing!. money always messes things up. when i was 23 i ran into the d.j. scratch academy. and was asked to play top 40 and commercial music. i really didn’t like the idea. but at hard times was forced to make some money. i was able to do scratch performances! at the same time doing gigs, mixing of music i wasn’t really into. i have now learned to appreciate all types of music. i traveled with my companion d.j. pound. as we grew up together cutting in s.d.. we lived in miami and n.y.c. together! building contacts and playing scratch performances and doing corporate gigs on the side. he is now in san diego making beats fallowing the beat movement along with producers like madlib j.dilla samiyam kas-one g-rocka. medi-cal and many more! i am now living with my girlfriend in new york for the summer of 2009. playing at classy clubs. and fallowing my brother d.j. pounds influences and producing beats of my own!
